A Birkby House Wedding - Meaghan & Evan
I met Meaghan & Evan at their engagement session a few months before the wedding and knew instantly a Birkby House wedding would be for them. We met them in Charlottesville for a downtown session. We started the session in a bar (they met and got engaged in a bar!) with their favorite drinks and we hit it off immediately! We spent a couple hours just walking around and exploring the area. These two are up for anything and seriously the sweetest people. We left the session wishing they lived closer so we could hang out more often!
We showed up on their wedding day and were met with hugs and so much laughter! And that energy followed throughout their entire day! Meaghan & Evan’s love is just contagious and it was so evident that everyone was full of joy watching them become husband and wife. All of the details were absolutely gorgeous – those flowers! So full of color and texture! They got married in a beautiful church and then had the reception at the Birkby House - the cutest venue! The night was packed full with sweet toasts, a surprise performance from Meaghan’s dad, and SO much dancing. This was one of the most fun receptions!
