A Blue Ridge Parkway Elopement - Kaitlen & Richie

Kaitlen reached out to me just a few days before she and her then fiance, Richie, decided they were going to elope on the Blue Ridge Parkway! She knew she wanted beautiful mountain views so we talked about a few locations before she fell in love with this gorgeous Blue Ridge mountain overlook. Kaitlen and Richie found an adorable little Air BnB near the overlook. We were the only “guests” with them there that day and I can’t tell you how special that was. We helped Kaitlen get ready and walked with her through the day.

They had an emotional first look that just told me how in love they were. After the first look, they had a private ceremony (via Zoom - crazy times right!?) and then we headed for the mountain. It was the perfect place to spend those first few moments as husband and wife. They danced, they laughed, and they just took each other in. I am so thankful I was able to be a part of this magical day. Congratulations Kaitlen & Richie!
