The Barns of Kanak Wedding in Richmond, VA - Brittney & Juan

There is so much I could write about this Barns of Kanak wedding! Brittney & Juan are so special and their wedding day was so evident of that. Their family and friends surrounded them in love and joy and so much fun. Brittney had the most beautiful lace gown that fit her perfectly. The florals were big and bold with lots of greenery and unique flowers that made the bouquets really pop!

Brittney chose to do a first look with her bridesmaids and her father. First looks (of any kind!) are one of my favorite things to photograph. Her girls were SO excited and filled with emotion seeing her in the dress. She gifted her dad with a tie that had a quote sewn into it. Let me tell you - there were so many tears this day (even from me!)

The ceremony took place in front of the big red barn with the most gorgeous arbor and pampas grass features! Everyone was tearful, laughing, and loving seeing these two say their vows.

The reception was such a fun party! This crowd did not let up and that makes the day so much fun! They danced the night away to celebrate Brittney & Juan! I’m so honored they chose me to be a part of their day. What a day it was!
