A Sinkland Farms Wedding - Holland & Erin
We kicked off the fall wedding season with Holland & Erin’s gorgeous day at Sinkland Farms in Christiansburg, Virginia. If you haven’t visited Sinkland Farms, let me paint you a picture: is an amazingly beautiful venue tucked away in the southwest Virginia countryside famous for its sprawling pumpkin patch, rolling mountain views, and on-site brewery!
The day was SO windy, but that didn’t phase the bride at all! Erin was the most laid back bride. She was so poised, relaxed, and up for anything. She even wore sneakers for the big day and it was the cutest thing ever!
Their first look was so sweet and romantic. These two are so in love and so complementary of each other!
They did an amazing job picking their bridal party with supportive and FUN family and friends. They were the best hype team I have ever seen. They spent the day clapping and cheering for each other. I loved her fun and fresh wedding colors; with shades of orangey pinks and soft blushes, it was the perfect romantic palette for fall. The bridesmaid dresses and textures paired seamlessly with the gorgeous bouquets and made it so pretty and fun to photograph!
The Wedding Ceremony was so sweet. The father-of-the-bride was so emotional watching his daughter marry the love of her life - it even made me tear up!
Erin & Holland are so fun and we absolutely loved them and had a blast celebrating and documenting their big day! They played Enter Sandman by Metallica, which is the Virginia Tech entrance song, at the reception and everyone went crazy and jumped around - it was a fun moment for all the Hokie fans! The dance floor was packed all night. Towards the end of the reception, the couple had Benny’s Pizza (known for their giant pizzas!) delivered which made for the perfect late night snack. Everyone danced with their huge pizza slices - it was SO fun!
