An Old Mill Farm Wedding - Kelly & Tyler

I love so many things about my job, but I think my favorite part is the relationships that blossom from being part of people’s special moments.

For instance, I used to teach with Kelly’s mom and I was able to photograph her brother’s wedding a couple years ago. We truly feel like part of the family and absolutely love them all. I love when clients become friends!

There were so many special details on Kelly & Tylers Wedding Day at beautiful Old Mill Farm in Bedford, Virginia. The first that comes to mind is the florals: shades of blues, pinks, and whites. The arrangements were so pretty and fresh! It was the perfect color scheme for the location.

I’m really enjoying the new trend of more than one first look. Kelly had three first looks - her groom Tyler, her dad, and her brother. All three cried when they saw her. It’s such a privilege to capture these sweet moments!

Old Mill Farm is such a special venue. The ceremony site is so picturesque and romantic. There’s a beautiful barn and a pond on site as well. It’s one of my favorite places to photograph because of all the natural lighting.

The ceremony entry was covered with flowers and looked gorgeous! It really set the scene for their sweet, rustic barn wedding.

Tyler gifted all of his groomsmen personalized hats to wear for the ceremony. Their personalities really shined! Kelly’s bridesmaids wore the prettiest shade of blue that complimented the venue and florals so well.

Their wedding day was HOT but everyone had the best time! Guests enjoyed themselves and really immersed themselves into the laid back feeling of the countryside.

Thank you for choosing me to capture your day Kelly & Tyler! Their review is below.

Kaytlin is amazing! She captured our wedding perfectly. She is an absolute dream to work with, and she made us feel very comfortable. My husband and I had our engagement and wedding pictures done with her, she also did my bridals. Her work is truly stunning and very hard to pick favorites because they are all our favorites. We will definitely be using her again in the future for our special family moments. She made the whole experience fun and her second shooter Liz is just as awesome! They are both so kind and laid back and truly feel like part of the family. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for giving us pictures to treasure for many years to come!
